Number 4 - Spring 2004 SGTP Newsletter

Nightmare!

It's not suppose to happen, but it did........ I lost my entire database of newsletter subscribers. The company I was using for managing my subscriber list had a major server problem and lost not just mine, but all of their client's lists.

Hundreds of clients, and millions of email listings. The company is no longer in business and there is no way to recover the names and addresses of all the people who had subscribed to my newsletter.

While I have a lot of my subscribers listed on paper, many subscribed directly through the service, and I have absolutely no record of them, so they are gone forever. Sorry if you happen to be one of those, but I hope you find your way back here to get the latest.

While the book covers a lot of different things regarding psoriasis, it is focused on three major areas. It's easy to follow. It's simple. It involves no drugs or any medications. Followup on my Experiment
As I mentioned in a previous issue, I went off my treatment regimen for about 3 months to see what would happen. I didn't really do this on purpose initially but I had a problem with the item that I recommend in my book, Say Goodbye to Psoriasis. I got the problem resolved and went back on the program.
I had reached a level where I was 98-99% cleared. Just a couple small plaques in different areas that were hardly noticeable. While I was off the regimen I decided to do some other testing relating to foods to see what would happen. In the book I give you specific instructions on what foods you should avoid and ones you should consume. I believe what you eat definitely can affect psoriasis and while I don't go to the extremes as some other "experts" in the field such as Dr. Pagano, it boils down to garbage in, garbage out, with the garbage out being psoriasis.
I consumed a number of the foods I recommend to avoid such as chocolate, pizza, alcohol, and others, and sure enough I had some psoriasis plaques start to form on my legs. While I was not using my "amazing discovery" for 3 months, I did pretty much stay with my recommended diet until December, and did not have any reoccurance of the psoriasis until I went totally of the "bandwagon" in December. Gained about 10 lbs too. :-(
On January 2, I went back on the regular treatment. It is now the middle of March and I am 99.5% clear, without using any medications, prescription or over the counter items. My method of psoriasis treatment just simply works, as long as you follow the simple plan. And it costs next to nothing, both in time and money!

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware!

You've probably seen this or heard of it anyway. The translation is "Buyer Beware". I believe one should be careful when making purchases whether they be online or off, and especially for expensive items where you may have no recourse if the item turns out not to be what was advertised.

It is always a good idea to do your research before making a purchase because no one enjoys returning items that they are not happy with, and it can be a real hassle.

My ebook, Say Goodbye to Psoriasis, is not expensive and the things you will need for your treatment are very inexpensive. I have nothing else to "sell" to you, just my proven successful treatment regimen for getting rid of your psoriasis.
