Refund Policy: We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on this product. If you are not satisfied with this product anytime during the 60 days from date of purchase you can email us and request a refund. You can use the customer service links displayed prominently on this website or you can email longnecker (@) gmail.com. We will email you our Refund Request form which takes less than a minute to complete.
We need your order number if available, when you ordered, how you paid, and one sentence on why you are requesting a refund. Then you must delete any files on your computer relating to this purchase, eg. the Say Goodbye to Psoriasis eBook, or return the physical book and CD with the signed Refund Request form and mail it to us at: 1145 Orchard Park Circle, Pflugerville TX 78660. Your refund will be cheerfully issued within 24 hours of receipt! Shipping & Handling Fees are Not Refundable.
Note: Over the last 8 years, from September 1, 2003 - through August 7, 2011 - fewer than 1 of every 300 customers have requested a refund. To date this year we have had 4 refund requests. Total refunds issued in 2010, were 8 total.
