We have received your request for a refund on a book you ordered titled, Say Goodbye to Psoriasis. Most people find the information worth at least 10 times what they paid, if not priceless, because it really works!

In order to process your refund, we need to know when you ordered, how you paid, and an order number if available.
 
Because this product is a "digital"* product you will need to complete the information below, sign, and mail your request to the address listed below.  Upon receipt of your request, we will issue a refund, based on your payment method, within 24 hours of receipt.
 
You must delete from your computer any files relating to the book, eg. saygoodbye.pdf.  You must destroy any printed copies of the book. *If you ordered the Hard Copy with CD Version, it must be returned in Resaleable condition!  Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
 
Failure to do so could result in fines of up to $100,000. U.S. for copyright infringement, theft, and fraud.

Refund Policy:  We offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on this product.  If you are not satisfied with this product anytime during the 60 days from date of purchase you can email us and request a refund.  You can use the customer service links displayed prominently on this website or you can email longnecker (@) gmail.com.  We will email you our Refund Request form which takes less than a minute to complete.

Note: Over the last 5 years, from September 1, 2003 - through April 25, 2008 - fewer than 1 of every 300 customers have requested a refund.  To date this year we have had 2 refund requests.  Total refunds issued in 2007, 8.  Total refunds in 2006, 8.
